📋 General Returns Policy
At SBS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's our returns policy:
Important: All returns must be approved before sending items back. Contact us first via Instagram or Snapchat.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery/collection
- Proof of purchase required (order confirmation or receipt)
✅ Eligible for Return
- Unworn clothing and footwear with tags attached
- Unopened electronics (sealed packaging only)
- Items with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
- Incorrect items sent by mistake
❌ Not Eligible for Return
- Worn or used items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Opened electronics or tech items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"
- Custom or personalized items
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original Payment Method: Refund issued to the same payment method used
- Store Credit: Available as an alternative (faster processing)
- Cryptocurrency: Refunds in crypto may take 5-7 days
📦 Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item was sent
- SBS made an error with the order
In these cases, we'll provide a prepaid return label or arrange free collection.
